Info about Ella’s Gifts
Ella was an Epilepsy warrior, fighting a tough battle every day, and never letting her diagnosis hold her back. Inspired by Ella’s love of spreading kindness and giving gifts, Ella’s Gifts provides random acts of kindness and gifts. Donated funds are used for many gifts, like help with vet bills, trips to the Zoo and the movies, books, toys, and many other random acts of kindness. We encourage everyone to find ways to spread kindness and joy everyday, from buying someone’s coffee, to holding the door for another person, and other ways to help brighten the day of another person.

Isabella “Ella” Godbout spent every 14 of her years living unapologetically as herself.
She has inspired many lessons for the best life:
- Don’t be ordinary, be a LEGEND
- Live a life so amazing, that you accomplish more in a day, than most accomplish in a year.
- Tell everyone your birthday every day, and make amazing plans to celebrate trips around the sun.
- Have a dance party to Hit the Road Jack, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Don’t Stop Me Now, I Love Rock N Roll, Levitating, Blinding Lights, and I’m Still Standing, and dance without care of what others think.
- Enjoy a glass (or 5) of Diet Coke and Sprite, and eat all of Ella’s favorite foods- pizza, sushi, Mac & Cheese, and McDonald’s.
- It’s always a good day for a special treat- order DoorDash of crab legs and Crumbl Cookies after dinner
- Go the movies, and buy lots of food and snacks, and don’t skip the popcorn as big as your head.
- Glare with your most epic RBF at those who annoy you, and don’t take any bribes to do what they want you to do (including family photos).
- Wear all the patterns, and whatever you like, and give no effs what anyone thinks,
- Wear awesome jewelry, as everyone should look extra.
- Look extra, be extra, be as Ella as you can be.
She has made a lasting impact on everyone she has met, and she makes us better for time spent with her. Epilepsy is a beast, and this warrior fought for years, not letting anything hold her back. She’s given us countless memories and hilarious stories, that will be told until the end of time. She will continue to be a Superhero, giving the gift of life, through organ donation.
Tomorrow is not guaranteed- be kind to others, give compliments often (especially to strangers), find joy in every day, and don’t hesitate to help those struggling.
